Recommended Therapists in London.

The therapeutic relationship between you and your therapist is the cornerstone to effective work. When looking for a therapist, it is important to find someone that you are comfortable working with, that you feel safe opening up to and that you feel will understand you and your experiences. I know I am not necessarily the right therapist for everyone, so here are some details of some other therapists that I have have been lucky enough to know for several years.

Teodoro Fragaso MBACP - Integerative Counsellor.

I am BACP registered Integrative Counsellor. My goal is to offer support at the pace that suits you, without judgement or expectations. My approach is client orientated, using different therapeutic models based on your needs at each process stage. I will help you find new ways to look at your concerns and life experiences, express your emotions, and identify unwanted patterns and behaviours with curiosity and openness.

The therapeutic work might include talking about life events, feelings, emotions, relationships, ways of thinking and behaviour patterns, but there is no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ topic to bring to counselling. You may be struggling with current difficulties or unresolved issues from the past. You may have fears for your future – or not even know why you have sought support at this time. Together, we will explore those challenges and difficulties and your hopes for change.

I offer counselling in English and Spanish
